Alvin P I humbly disagree, this is absoloutely nothing like Halloween in no way, form or fashion. The Author explained the dedication and creativity that goes into these somtimes elaborate Costumes worn by the Kids. The pride ,the Joy,the euphoria, the rivalry, this massive CULTURAL show is no comparison...sorry!!!
I agree with Debra. Carnival In Trinidad and Tobago is not just a time for dressing up as ghosts and ghouls but a people celebrating their cultural heritage in a most splendid way.The infectious music, fantastic costumes with its people involved in every aspect of the celebration I certainly agree with the Author's suggestion this is the greatest show on earth.
